How to make your coffee order more caloric friendly!
A normal iced coffee can pack a whopping 200-400 calories and I don’t know about you but when I’m trying to put myself in a caloric deficit or cut back on the sugar, drinking these sugar filled shakes may taste yummy but it definitely doesn’t satiate me. These drinks are of course fine occasionally, but for your everyday coffee fix I have some alternatives to satiate your craving!

Ingredients:
½ scoop rule 1 vanilla protein
1-2 tsps. instant coffee
3 tsps. stevia
1 cup almond milk/ soy/ skim milk
2 cups of ice
¼ cup water

1 cup almond/soy milk/skim milk
2 cups of ice
2 tsps. cocoa powder

Ingredients:
Sugar free maple syrup 2 tbsps.
2 tsps. of stevia
2 tsps. instant coffee
2 cups almond milk
2 cups of ice
1/3 scoops caramel protein
Method:
Blend ingredients and enjoy.
Jarrah hot chocolate sachet (from Coles)
2 tsps. of stevia
1-2 cup warmed almond milk
2 tsps. cocoa powder
Method:
Place stevia and hot chocolate sachet in a cup, add ¼ of a cup of boiling water to dissolve powder, heat almond milk in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, add cocoa powder and stir, then add both liquids together and stir.

1-2 cup warmed almond milk
2 tsps Nescafe instant skim sachet
2 tsps. cocoa powder
Method:
Place stevia and Nescafe sachet in a cup, add ¼ of a cup of boiling water to dissolve powder, heat almond milk in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, add cocoa powder and stir, then add both liquids together and stir.
