Looking for a quick, cheap healthy snack you? Look no further then the below protein ball recipes. 

Low cost and time efficient to prepare is the perfect key to keeping you on track to your health & fitness goals.. 

 Tips:

  • Add water slowly as you can always add more water but you cant take it out if the mix is to runny
  • Chill in fridge before eating, they will set better and be a nicer texture
  • Do not add all protein at once, add it slowly so you dont dry the mix out quickly

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls 

Choc PB Protein Balls

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled or Quick Oats
  • 1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein ( I found Giant Sports 100% Whey to work best)
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 Tbs Honey 
  • 2 tbs cocoa nibs 
  • Around 3 tbs water mix in until optimal consistency

          Instructions:

  • Add Giant Sports 100% protein powder, oats, flaxseed and mix thoroughly
  • Secondly add in remainding ingredients excluding water and coconut. Mix again.
  • add water and mix until optimal consistency & roll in cocout. 
  • Chill in fridge & serve

 

Vanilla Mocha Protein Balls 

Mocha Protein Balls

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbs Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 1-2 Scoops Chocolate Protein ( I found Giant Sports 100% Whey to work best)
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp instant coffee or 1 scoop X50 Revolver coffee
  • 1 tbs cacao 
  • Around 3 tbs water mix in until optimal consistency

          Instructions:

  • Add almond butte, honey, coffee and vanilla into bowl mix.
  • Secondly add in remainding ingredients excluding water Mix again
  • Add water and mix until optimal consistency
  • Chill in fridge & serve
  • Note: don't add all protein in at once as it could dry it out quickly, add small amounts at a time

 

Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Balls

Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Balls

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • lemon zest (preferred amount) & 3 tbs 
  • 1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein ( I found Giant Sports 100% Whey to work best)
  • or Scitec lemon cheesecake
  • 1 tbs poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp instant coffee or 1 scoop X50 Revolver coffee
  • Few drops of stevia
  • Around 3 tbs water mix in until optimal consistency

          Instructions:

  • Add everything into bowl and mix, add water slowly 
  • mix until optimal consistency
  • Chill in fridge & serve
  • Note: don't add all protein in at once as it could dry it out quickly, add small amounts at a time
