RETURNS POLICY
Returns You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Pinnacle Performance & Nutrition will accept returns if a product is faulty or is significantly different to what is described in the item description, or if the customer has selected the wrong size (for products that have a size variation option). Pinnacle Performance & Nutrition will post with insurance at the customer's request, however the extra cost incurred as a result of such insurance must be covered by the customer. If the customer does not expressly request insurance, Pinnacle Performance will not take out insurance on the order.
